The North Cove | Amaretto and...Campari??

We're going to show you how to make the North Cove, a four component cocktail with amaretto and campari playing against each other. It's supposed to be great, let's give it a try!

Amaretto is inviting and sweet, Campari is one of the more bitter liqueurs and we bring them together in the North Cove. This drink has no core spirit, it's basically a lime juice with three different liqueurs in it. So that's new and interesting.

The North Cove
3/4 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Campari

The taste profile starts out inviting and sweet cherry/almond along side some light citrus notes that ends with a bitter bite. It's like a bitter cranberry juice cocktail in its taste profile.
