Job titles in the 500K club. 68 university professors or department leaders, 27 athletic coaches or staff, 11 college officers, 5 county superintendents (Barrow-$691K, Walton-$561K, Cherokee-$533K, Tift-$530K, Cobb-$517K, Fulton-$497K – and we fully fund our school systems according to Brian Kemp) , 3 teacher retirement office investors, 2 chancellors and vice chancellors, 2 athletic administrators, 2 GA ports authority executives, 1 Department of Transportation commissioner (Russell McMurry, salary $531K) and you think that Brian Kemp only makes $182K a year. LT Gov Burt Jones earned about $99K. There are other benefits and perks to the job. Our politicians have become so wealthy in office.
