1960s Annual Alien Registration Public Service Announcement

Back when the INS was able to track and efficiently monitor immigrants and aliens in the country, there was a yearly public service announcement that ran from late December to the end of January demanding that all aliens register at post offices via a INS form. The system WORKED. If we could make it work then, we can surely track aliens in the country NOW. We need to return to these PSAs to ensure we know who is in the country.
