TODO TODAY : Tooltips and Hotkey notifications

Once tooltip hover notifications are done , I want something similiar for when you press a 3 digit number combo to switch filters .

A large 64x64 font telling you which numbers you are pressing . Maybe make it flash or shake when you enter the 3rd digit to notify you that your response was filed and either :

1. Approved , valid filter index
2.Rejected , invalid filter index
