Their LIES never END! It is just their HANNIBAL DIRECTIVE going into play where they are allowed to kill their own citizens under that directive. US Weapons inspector Scott Ritter also said they enabled the HANNIBAL DIRECTIVE and killed 800 of the 1,200 dead Israelis. It is the EXCUSE they needed to win public support so they could GENOCIDE the Palestinian people as we all know.
