The hate America Attorney General’s in blue states and the hate America press want you to believe that birthright citizenship is in the Constitution. It's not in the Constitution. It’s not in any of the legislative history for the 14th Amendment It's not in the 1866 Civil Rights Act. The idea that if you're born in the U.S., you’re automatically a citizen is a sham. President Trump’s executive order should be effective enough to end birthright citizenship but there will be an activist effort against this saying that the Supreme Court set a precedent.
