One Last Abuse of Power from Joe Biden to the American Citizenry

Joe Biden, according to US Senator Chuck Schumer at least, is guilty of committing a clear abuse of the Presidential Pardon Authority. I'm sure that Chuck Schumer was saying that it is only an abuse of power if you are a Republican named Donald Trump, and that it doesn't apply to you if you are a Democrat named Joe Biden.
