TURMOIL At "Tonight's Conversation"! Who's Right? Who's Wrong?!?

Turmoil at "Tonight's Conversation"! Former Derrick Jaxn Cartel protege' Ace Metaphor has come a long way from the former's stellar downfall, creating a brand that exceeded his predecessor all the way around the board with his "Tonight's Conversation" card game, podcast and eventually live tour. For the past four years (2021-2024) Ace has done a bang-up job of building a brand around "Black Love" discourse that was fresh and innovative. The formula was simple enough: Ace would play the role of moderator and host, with an ever-shifting panel of Black male and female social media influencers who have something (typically outrageous or otherwise controversial) to say about the state of "Black Love". At it's height, the "live and uncut" Tonight's Conversation tours would pull in some FIVE THOUSAND people - easily ninety five percent of them being Black women - no small feat to be sure.

But controversy seems to have come to Ace's doorstep, when former panelist Randi Rossario left the show/tour in a huff late last year. She returned to her native Detroit to create "Let's Rant About It", a Tonight's Conversation clone of sorts, just with her at the helm. Earlier this month she seems to have finally hit her stride as the Anti-Red Pill Lady sparking controversy on Instagram and beyond. Rumors flew about the nature of her split (ouster?) at TC, but none of it was confirmed. Until now. In rapid succession, fellow TC members Kita Rose and Tripp Fontaine announced that they too would be departing the popular Black Love show tour - and for the most part, while the latter demurred to discuss why, the former - Rose - has been all over social media giving her rendition of events, joined my Rosario. Finally, Ace Metaphor addressed the matter from his bed(!) and strongly suggested that it all came down to what else - money - and also said that he would NOT be addressing any "beef" of a personal nature online. Fair enough - but has the damage already been done? Are the assertions and claims on the part of Rose and Rosario true? And what are Ace's prospects for a comeback - or a pivot?
