Deputy arraigned

The Manistee County Sheriff's Office confirmed that one of its own deputies is on unpaid leave following charges in a criminal investigation. Dillon Rosa was in 86th District Court Wednesday where he pled not guilty to misdemeanor charges of 4th degree child abuse and domestic violence. Rosa allegedly grabbed and pushed a family member into a chair at the Northwestern Michigan Fair in August. Rosa was placed on unpaid leave following the warrant issued for his arrest.
