No Deal Between Putin & Trump

Our good friend, Dimitri Lascaris, a journalist, blogger, activist and lawyer joins me to talk about his recent trip to Cuba. We also discussed whether Israel has a future, Russia’s bases in Syria, and the recent agreements between Russia and Iran that will change the dynamics in the Middle East.

The discussion turned to Trump and his hoped-for deal with Putin over Ukraine. We both agreed that Trump has no wiggle room for any kind of deal with Putin because of Russia’s stated goals and conditions that are non-negotiable. As the conflict drags on, Trump risks inheriting “Biden’s War.”
