God institutes a different calendar system with a new New Year in Exodus 12:1-13 and instructs the Jews to observe it with a Passover feast. As we also prepare to embark upon a brand new year, we pause to examine what God wanted them to do, what these things meant for both them and for us, and how we can begin 2025 anew through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
