Bobcat E42 Excavator 100hr Engine Oil Analysis...To change or not to?

I have a 2023 Bobcat E42 R2 mini excavator. The owner's manual says to change the engine oil at 700 hours, that seems way too long to me. So, I changed it at 100 hours and was surprised by what I found.
