It's Always Sunny in the Noosphere

Trump has announced Project Stargate. He "borrowed" the name from the CIA's secret project involving remote viewing, Psychic spying and remote manipulation. In wondering if the two are connected we found that the trail quickly leads to the Noosphere and it goes much deeper than we could have imagined.
