We best navigate these changes gracefully through Being Here Now. Love your life, love yourself, the people you get to share it with and do your best, to the best of your ability. This is how we build a better world and create beautiful lives.

We may be frustrated as it appears the changes we desire are not happening quickly enough, but the contrast and the experiences we live are all for us, even of it not happening soon enough! We are building the momentum of Desire – one of the more powerful forces in the universe. Keep dreaming the world you desire, as doing so pulls it towards us.

There is much to unground and unseat us from our center and wisdom. As much as possible, stay in your lane, in your world, with those in your sphere and be you in that Now space, rather than ungrounded and caught up in something so removed from daily experience. This dissipation of life force and attention is a heavy price to pay when everyone living into their passion and purpose is the work before us.
