It's been a long time since the FMG-9 concept was introduced at SHOT Show in 2008. Since then, the idea of bringing the folding gun into existence has never faded, and our partnership with ZEV Technologies in 2019 solidified that idea into a real plan turn it into a reality. The result is the 9mm Folding Defensive Platform (FDP) and we’re ready to bring the folding gun to market.

The FDP stays locked, compact, and concealable wherever you want it for storage and transport. It deploys quickly, and it's immediately ready for employment, providing a stable, maneuverable firing platform that's easy to operate. It's also ambidextrous, so everyone can get in on the folding gun action. The Magpul polymer body stands up to the roughest treatment and handling, and it's also completely corrosion-resistant, while the 4140 steel ZEV internals are coated in protective black nitride.

The FDP was designed for both professional and personal use, and it will be available in both a pistol and an SBR carbine variant from ZEV Technologies in early 2025
