From Russia's viewpoint the clamor for "negotiations" to end the Special Military Operation are either an attempt at comical relief or another western ploy to lie, cheat, and steal. It's been done before. Only a few months ago Vladimir Putin responded to the same rhetoric with, "What's to talk about?"
