Action Radio 1/24/25, Judicial Tyranny Rears Its Ugly Head Once Again.

Once again I have to correct a judge on the Constitution. Once again I have to explain the 14th Amendment "subject to the jurisdiction" clause. Once again both the Congress and the President have let some piss-ant district judge, "Order" the suspension of Trump's Executive Order on Birth-Fraud Citizenship. Even if it were unconstitutional, which is NOT, the only power any federal judge has is to rule on a case before them. And the jurisdiction of any federal court or federal judge is the parties to the case in front of them. Everything outside that case is out of bounds.

Federal Judges and Courts have no power of "Judicial Review."
Federal Judges and Courts have no jurisdiction beyond their case.
Federal Judges and Courts can not "order" anything.
There is no power in the Constitution for the federal judiciary to order stays, injunctions, suspensions, or anything other than what is specifically delegated in Article III.

That is why we have a Constitution. To tell the federal government what they can not do. If it isn't in the Constitution, they can't do it...
