Visit some of the Old World’s Museums and you will get an idea of the massive scale of the looting that took place in Africa at the hands of the Europeans. Take, for example, the British, who stole everything from royal relics to historical and religious artifacts. Some of these treasures ended up in museums and were later returned to their rightful owners. Thus, some relics found their way back to Ghana from America, and others were returned to Namibia from Germany. However, the French are not so willing to give up their riches, as they attract millions of tourists every day, and consequently bring in money.
