Starlink Gen 3 Install - Better than Gen 1?

We have had Starlink since the original "better than nothing beta", and it's been a great thing for us. Recently, Starlink sent us a replacement Gen 3 Mesh router AND a new Gen 3 dish to replace a broken mesh router. How fast IS the Starlink Gen 3?

We're going to tear down the old Gen 1 Starlink, replace it with the new Gen 3 starlink an pole mount kit and see if there is a difference in speed and reliability. Is the Gen 3 faster than the Gen 1?
