The first principles of gender ideology

What are the first principles of gender ideology?
I believe that transgenderism is environmentally cultivated which is why it can properly be called a neurosis. I do not believe there are any biological first principles that are in harmony with the behavior of transgenderism. I would like to see a robust intellectual discussion on this topic.
