The Law of Forgiveness – “The True Path to Mental Health” – Forgive, Forget & Heal

The Law of Forgiveness is the key to mental health.

This law says that you are mentally healthy to the degree to which you can freely forgive and forget grievances against you.

The tendency to blame and hold grudges is childish, pathological and unhealthy.

All people who are mentally ill hold grudges, blame others and don’t forget or forgive.

There are 4 people that you have to forgive.

1. Parents – almost all of mental illness stems from something that happened with our parents.
2. Forgive Everyone that has Ever Hurt You – forgiveness is for you and has nothing to do with the people that hurt you.
3. Forgive Yourself – forgive yourself for all the dumb sh*t you may have done.
4. Apologize to those that YOU Hurt – it helps them and it helps you – you just may get your name taken off that hit list.

Say I’m Sorry, I was an immature moron. If they forgive you, that is up to them.

The main point is to say you feel terrible for hurting them.
