Law is not for the Righteous

The distinction between a good person and a bad one is not defined in law. It is defined by the Golden Rule, Love your neighbors as yourself. I righteous person lives by the golden rule, criminals don’t. So, we create laws to identify people who do not live by the golden rule and separate them from the rest of society so good people can live a happy life and not be violated by those that don’t live by the golden rule.
