Mission 51: Kill Remy Duvall
Lincoln meets John Donovan at the Blue Gulf Motel and learns Remy Duvall plans to rally the Southern Union at Cleavon Duvall State Park. After interrogating a Southern Union deacon, Lincoln tracks Remy to the park. Battling through Remy's men, Lincoln captures and executes him by burning him alive on a cross, sending a gruesome message to his enemies in Frisco Fields.

Mission 52: Kill Olivia Marcano
Lincoln infiltrates Remy Duvall’s wake at the Frisco Fields Country Club, disguised as a waiter. Donovan’s plan to drug the guests with LSD works, creating chaos. Lincoln confronts Olivia Marcano in her private lounge, where she reminisces about her life with Lucio Marcano. After sparing her life, Lincoln forces her to reveal Stephen DeGarmo’s location. He fights through Marcano’s men at a riverside building to rescue DeGarmo, escaping in his car and delivering him to Donovan, foiling Sal’s plans for the casino.

Mission 53: Kill Sal Marcano
At the Paradiso Hotel & Casino, Lincoln confronts Giorgi Marcano, who defends his loyalty to his father. Lincoln kills Giorgi, avenging Sammy and Danny’s deaths, before accessing the penthouse to face Sal Marcano. Sal reflects on his regrets, Giorgi’s death, and their shared violent nature. Lincoln ultimately kills Sal or witnesses him take his own life. Outside, Leo Galante of The Commission warns Lincoln to end his war or face retaliation. Leo offers a deal: 20% of Lincoln’s profits in exchange for peace with the Commission.

Mission 54: Before They Bury You
Lincoln visits Father James and Donovan after Sal’s death. Donovan urges Lincoln to eliminate his underbosses to prevent betrayal, while Father James pleads with him to leave New Bordeaux and the criminal life behind. Torn between these conflicting paths, Lincoln faces a critical decision about his future.

Mission 55: Lincoln's Choice (Ending B)
Lincoln decides to stay in New Bordeaux, forging stronger alliances with his underbosses. Together, they expand their criminal empire across the South. Despite their operations remaining untouchable by law enforcement, Lincoln’s choice leaves a permanent mark on the city and those closest to him.
