This dex scroll was paid back later by the ironman TuttiCapi. He paid it later with a bond via RuneWatch. Video:

I thought that he was gonna drop trade a eternal gem which is 8M, but he meant the eternal crystal which is much less. The other guy HerraKadetti which name changed it to One Plus 10 (which was his friend) said that he was gonna pay for it. Which he didn't so actually it's his fault for not payng out the split.

I got scammed for a Dex scroll (31 March)...
