Cooking a huge anaconda snake turned out very tasty
The anaconda is the largest snake found in South America. Swims beautifully. It feeds on mammals, small birds and fish.
It is not poisonous. South American Indians catch this snake not only because of its beautiful and durable skin,
which is highly valued, but also because of the meat, which is very tender and sweet in taste,
just like the meat of other snakes. Before cooking, soak the meat in milk for 2-3 hours to get rid of the peculiar smell.
In restaurants, this is an exotic kind of treat, and at home in an Indian hut, soups, roasts,
and barbecue are cooked from meat, marinated with ginger and soy sauce. The usual side dish of potatoes is not always
suitable for meat, it is best to eat meat alone or add rice as a side dish. Many seasonings are used for such meat.
