Tine Peters cites strategies (01-23-25) on the Joe Hoft show for case dismissal because she was following a Federal Mandate to protect Election Records, and Patrick Byrne's suggested (12-27-24) a possible reduction of her sentence simply because a misdemeanor charge was totally inappropriate and created a longer sentence by the biased unhinged state judge.

Patrick Byrnes discusses potential reduction of sentencing of Tina Peters based on falsely filed misdemeanor charge. Although the reduction strategy does not release her, it moves in the right direction in lowering the sentence. Full release will come later.
