Revelation 18 - The Fall Of Babylon 1/25/25

In Revelation 17, we see the destruction of Mystery Babylon, The Great Harlot, the false religious system used to deceive the world. Chapter 18 gives further details about Babylon's destruction but is it the same thing or is it speaking of a literal city?
