Pacific414 Pop Talk Watch Party: Dick Tracy

Welcome one and all to Pacific414 Pop Talk for Wednesday January 29, 2025!

Tonight, we will end the month of January the same way we began the month and that will be via a watch party!

Tonight's watch party will feature a movie not only directed by it's star, but also celebrating it's 35th anniversary this year!

That movie in question is Touchstone Pictures Dick Tracy from 1990 which is based upon the comic strip of the same name by Chester Gould with the story by Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr.

Dick Tracy stars Warren Beatty who also directs the film who must stay on the case in pursuit of high profile mob boss Big Boy Caprice played by Al Pacino who begins buying up territories from other mob bosses by eliminating the competition.

The movie also star the material girl herself, Madonna as songstress Breathless Mahoney with Dustin Hoffman as the fast talking Mumbles and Charlie Korsmo as the street orphan simply known as Kid.
