Sen. Finchem Backs SB1011, Defends Ballot Initiatives, Voting Reform

Senator Mark Finchem explained his vote for SB1011 and its vote counting fixes, arguing that due partly to the speed at which votes are counted, "people have had their faith shaken in our elections all the way back to 2018". He also defended ballot initiatives as a "part of representative democracy" rather than something to be avoided.
