Numbers 26 is a captivating chapter in the Bible that takes place on the Plains of Moab. Just as the Israelites prepared for the Promised Land, we should prepare our hearts and lives for the fulfillment of GOD’s promises in our lives.Everyone else counted in the first census has died just like GOD promised they would. Everyone else counted in the first census paid for their disobedience…with their life.

Although David repented of his sin, GOD insisted on a punishment, letting David chose between seven years of famine, three months of fleeing from enemies, or three days of severe plague. David chose the plague, in which 70,000 men died.
