Bible Study: 2 Thessalonians Ep.1

JThe Apostle Paul addresses the church in Thessolonica. There we three major problems. The first problem is that the persecution got worse from the Greek, Romans, and the Jews that live in the area. The second problem is a person in the church was spreading false information on when the Lord will return. Some thought the Lord Jesus has already come and He abandoned the church. The third problem is there are many in the church that was that were living idle lives. They were not working in the market place to provide for themselves and for the church. We will look at all of these and see what God says through the Word.

2 Thessalonians 2:13
But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.
