Kenji is furious with Claude, blaming him for failing to stop the Uptown Yardies and the Colombian Cartel from forming an alliance. He vents his anger at Claude's inability to dissuade the two gangs from working together, leading to the widespread distribution of SPANK across the streets of Liberty City. Kenji is particularly outraged by the Cartel's mockery of the Yakuza, seeing it as a personal affront. Kenji gives Claude one final chance to redeem himself in his eyes. He orders Claude to take decisive action, telling him to "run these scumbags into the ground" and wash away the shame of failure in rivers of blood. This mission is about proving loyalty to the Yakuza and taking aggressive action against the Cartel and the Yardies, putting an end to their illicit operation and restoring the honor of the Yakuza. Claude is tasked with dismantling the Cartel and Yardie alliance through violence and bloodshed.
