Therapeutic squats are different from regular squats. The whole body benefits from them. The load goes on all the muscles and all the joints. These squats help to get rid of many ailments: strengthen the leg muscles, improve blood circulation, strengthen the body as a whole, improve well-being and even lose weight. In the first week, do not lower your body too low. Do 5-10 squats. From the second week, you can squat a little deeper 5-10 times. And only in the third week can you add 3-4 repetitions. Your goal is to reach 30-40 and even 60 deep squats.
