Tooltips Day #6

Yesterday I made code to test that I could divide the affected screen area into 16x16 tiles and run filter code on those tile chunks .

I made some simple tile partitioning filters yesterday . They proove that I can run filter code as tile chunks .

Now today I am finally ready to create an ascii font glyph stamping filter . Once that filter looks correct , I will have confidence my tooltip system is ready to integrate the __QUARTER__ glyph stamper .
