Public comment time extended

The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy, Air Quality Division is now accepting comments on the proposed air permit for the Potash Operating facility in Osceola County until February 13th. In order to build the new facility, the company must have an air use permit and meet air quality standards and public health protections. There will also be an informational session for residents to help answer questions about possible environmental concerns. David Barr Michigan News Source.
