Trying to Get Girlfriend Arrested Totally Backfires

On January 15th, 2024, officers responded to a dispute between two women over their relationship. One of the women told the officers that the other had been yelling, screaming, and calling her a whore because she had talked to and looked at other women. Both of them were highly intoxicated and had very slurred speech, which made it difficult for the officers to understand what they were saying. One of the officers tried to explain the situation to the woman's mother. Here's what the other woman told the officer regarding the altercation. One of the officers recognized a woman from a previous encounter. She continued to rant about her girlfriend in front of the officers. Based on the information provided by the women and the evidence, the officers decided to arrest one of them. The woman continued to kick the officers violently. Shortly after, she was transported to the hospital for a checkup. She didn’t even spare the hospital staff from her abusive behaviour. The woman was charged with aggravated assault, battery against a household member and disorderly conduct.
