538 undocumented immigrants were arrested on Thursday and two U.S. military planes flew deported migrants to Guatemala according to officials. The arrests come as the Trump administration escalates its immigration crackdown. Trump visited hurricane-ravaged North Carolina and an area of Los Angeles destroyed by wildfires. Trump was highly critical of FEMA and suggested it be shut down. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez and Peter Alexander reports.
