Enjoy and join in the Energy Clearing, Balancing, and Uplifting at the beginning of this session. You may just listen, or listen AND watch the images in a relaxed and meditative state. The energy that comes through the words and Light Language during these sessions will upgrade the listener, as these Light Codes are Universal and traverse time and space!

In this session, Sarah asks about the sadness that she is feeling for the planet, and for herself.

The Guides address this from many different angles. They explain that the sadness for the planet is part of Awakening, but is only an intermediary stage of understanding humanity’s relationship to Gaia.

They then discuss Sarah’s sadness about her past, and the fact that she attempts to fall back into denial about her negative childhood experiences. They explain that her current experiences surrounding her Sacral Chakra are her “subconscious” way of creating a physical reminder that these things did actually occur- a way to ensure that she does NOT forget.

Th Guides also help her to understand that feeling her sadness is okay/ necessary, and it will be used to help others who have experienced similar things. She can be the Guide to others on “the stairway” towards the Light.

At 58 minutes in, The Guides give a series of I AM statements to help the Lightworkers to move through their negative feelings and become the Guides to the Light to help others not feel shame and denial.

They encourage Sarah to speak openly and honestly about her feelings and experiences if she wants, and tell her that she is a Way-shower and a Path-finder and that this is a big part of Her Mission here. They compliment her stage of acceptance about her experiences, without staying in or falling into Victimhood about it. This changes the frequency and “rewrites the Programming” of the Matrix and allows others to follow her path.

The Guides then address the pain in Sarah’s legs and hips. They talk about her contortion stretching, and how this was an attempt to take control of her body, but became a masochistic experience, similar to an eating disorder. They give a detailed explanation of how this practice was a response to trauma and was both a “beautiful and creative” way of handling this, and a way to keep something physical, in order to recognize her pain and creativity.

Sarah then enquires about what her focus should be in her search for the right job and purpose, and they go into some detail on this point, in order to give her some direction. They remind her that it is not the “correctness” of the choice, but the matching of the frequency that actually matters!

The Guides then give Sarah some suggestions of practices, such as breath work, that she can do to increase her frequency and enlarge her vibrational field.

The Fairies of Source Light come in to do some healing Light Language and give their perspective, and Raku (“the Syrian Cat friend”) comes to sit on the massage table at Sarah’s feet.
