Jeremy Brown Calls Girlfriend Tylene Aldridge During Interview To Say He Isn't Being Released.

Jeremy Brown, a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier (with 2 bronze stars) & Oath Keeper member was sentenced to 7.25 years in federal prison.
Jeremy attended the Jan 6 protest at the U.S. Capitol, & was arrested on weapons charges following the search of his home.

Brown, 48, was found guilty on six of 10 counts such as: possessing illegally registered guns, 2 grenades & a DOD document.

During the trial from his arrest for trespassing near the U.S. Capitol & participating in disorderly conduct, Jan. 6 wasn't mentioned during the trial.
These federal misdemeanors led to the guilty verdict on the other charges.

When Brown was arrested in Tampa, a search was made on the RV parked at his home and they accusation was that they found two military grenades, two illegal guns, and the national security document.
Brown defended himself by saying that the guns are legal under the US 2nd Amendment & that the documents & grenades were planted as evidence as retaliation.
Tylene explained that agents came to get Brown to flip and testify, so when he refused, they came back to plant evidence and frame Brown.
Brown explained that the document was his own work from researching former Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl who left his Afghan post & joined, (or was captured by) the Taliban.

Brown received a sentence of 87 months in prison plus three years supervised release.
Jeremy was never accused of any violence that day.
