I found this video and I had my deep thoughts about this. You can decide for yourself. Everyone has the right to their own opinion it's called Free Speech Dammit so respect that okay.

Just FYI, what may work for one person, may not work for another. Don't forget everyone's bodies/system are different. There's no one sized fits all approach. So, if you weigh 250 lbs and are either slim, built, and/or all muscle then you are in great shape. For some their metabolism is fantastic as they can eat pretty close to whatever they want, but are in great shape. Anyway, it's combo of moderation, movement, and metabolism. It's true that our bodies are our pharmacies as created by God. Show your body some respect and honor your temple of the Holy Spirit.
