It seems like everyone from California has finally reached my rule area of Conroe Texas. I live 52 miles north of Houston Texas. I’m starting to notice a very shocking trend in my home state of Texas. California base businesses have flooded the market. The real estate market has had a massive increase in home demand and prices. Not only has home prices taken to massive price increase. Also rents have shot up through the roof.
