I dont hate the rspca or any organisation, just would like an outside independant ( TRULY) body to help ALL parties, farmers, rescue, public domestic animals, wealfare groups doing the governments job- wires and other small animal loving organisations around Oz like Australia ZOO in SEW QLD.. this is my trying to help.
