Terms of Surrender

On Judging Freedom, Scott Ritter proposes that the only "intelligent" avenue for Donald Trump to follow in seeking an immediate cessation of military action in Ukraine is to seek "terms of surrender" on behalf of Ukraine, who have no legitimate head of state to deal with. Of course, it would require a degree of understanding and humility to admit that Ukraine lost this war some time ago. But they have lost. Again, it requires an intellegent leader to make the right decision. Otherwise, Ukraine will cease to exist very soon.
