Project 65 – Who Is Funding Them – THE FRACTAL GOVERNMENT

In the United States, NGOs have been identified involved in illegal border activities and influencing elections.

NGOs have the benefit of getting their money in a tax exempt manner. There are rigorous criteria as to how those funds are used.

In 2024, the Fractal team was asked to create a Dark Money Tracking System – to make sure the relationships among NGOs was visible.

As you will see in the video below, NGOs may have perfectly nice sounding names, but may be tied to organizations who are funded by other countries.

Before Fractal analysis, this type of NGO tracking was impossible. One could tell in NGO A were tied to NGO B – but that was as far as it went.

With Fractal, the entire universe of NGOs – tied together and influencing each other is made visible.
