Grain Free Schnitzel

This is a great recipe if you can not have grains or even if you just need it to be gluten free. We have found a lot of good uses for pork rinds and this is one of them. This recipe uses crushed pork rinds instead of bread crumbs which gave a nice crunch to the texture. Enjoy.

Ingredients:

4 Pork Loin Steaks
Pork Rinds
1 Cup Cassava Flour
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1 TBSP Coconut Aminos
High Heat Oil (We used Peanut Oil)
