St Charles PD Verified Video of Human Traffickers Hector Briseno and Rigoberto Parra

This video shows human traffickers Hector Briseno and Rigoberto Parra organizing the evacuation of a house used for smuggling drugs and trafficking human sex slaves the day after I was arrested for busting it up. Hector is the fat ass in the White Escalade and Rigoberto is in the Red Hummer. They were arrested for human trafficking almost a year after I asked Kane County Sherif's Department for help. Only five people were arrested leading to the rescue of ten female sex slaves. This operation is much larger than law enforcement is willing to acknowledge.
