The CA land grab is coming

Homeowners in California are in for a protracted fight with city hall when it comes to delays and red tape. The question is, how many of those affected by the wildfires will be able to stay the course? Gavin has already mentioned working with his legal department on bringing in real estate speculators. Many homeowners may not be able to sustain the long wait to get some movement on their property and simply throw in the towel and sell to one of Gavin's speculators.
