Every letter that they receive which looks like it’s from the magistrates court, is in fact directly from the local councils. No magistrate signs the court summons. She then goes on to say, that the council do all their own administration, the council rent a room off the court.

SHE admits that these questions are coming up a lot when it comes to the legality of the court summons. She also admits that the council are committing mass fraud by printing a magistrates court headed letter. She also admits it’s the same with liability orders.
