Turn a Vise Grip, into a Bench Vise ? Grip-On "Grip Holder"

This is the Napa P822 Grip Holder for locking pliers. Made by Grip-On in Spain, it's basically a C-Clamp with a hoster in it to hold a pair of 10" vise grips.
