- Water: 1½ cups
- Green chilies: 2-3
- Fresh coriander (chopped): for garnish
- Ginger (julienned): for garnish

1. **Sauté Spices and Onions:** In a wok, heat cooking oil. Add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and black peppercorns; sauté briefly. Add sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
2. **Add Aromatics:** Incorporate ginger garlic paste and mix well.
3. **Cook Tomatoes:** Add grinded tomatoes, mix, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. **Spice Mixture:** Introduce red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and the chicken stock cube. Mix thoroughly and cook for 2 minutes.
5. **Add Yogurt:** Stir in yogurt, mix well, and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
6. **Incorporate Mince:** Add beef mince and cook until it changes color.
7. **Add Fenugreek and Potatoes:** Mix in dried fenugreek leaves and cubed potatoes.
8. **Simmer:** Pour in water, bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
9. **Final Touches:** Add green chilies, ginger, and fresh coriander. Mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for an additional 8-10 minutes.
10. **Serve:** Garnish with fresh coriander and julienned ginger. Serve hot.
